In the last few years we have seen lots of advances in technology of road and mountain bikes that has changed the way bikes perform, look, and feel. With these we’ve all started to become accustomed to the clean look of internal cables and integrated front ends. We’ve also got to the point where a 32mm tire feels like a normal road bike and when we’re off road we can’t help but want the ability to run a larger and larger tire on the toughest terrains while maintaining the speed comfort of a 700c wheel. We have not seen some of these translate over to gravel bikes until now. Finally, fully internal hidden routing, internal storage, and clearance for up to 50mm tires on a 700c wheel, while maintaining the ability to run almost all drivetrains, including 2X and the new Sram Transmission. All weighing in at around 950 grams for a 56cm frame.

To take it to the next level, the MOG is one of the few gravel bikes on the market with the new Sram Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) which makes this one of the few gravel bikes that can take advantage of Sram’s new Transmission system for unparalleled durability, ease of setup, and wide gear range that is perfect for the terrain the MOG can handle.

We’ve always loved ENVE’s components and wheels and recently their road framesets. We could not be more excited for the MOG. Everything that we love about modern bikes and the capability of a gravel bike together in one package. To celebrate we have put together some complete bike packages from SRAM and Shimano that are only available here at Black Magic Paint. All of these bikes will be built to order for the customer to allow for sizing of cockpit pieces, crankset, and choice of tire size at no additional cost. Since we are building these bikes for each rider, we can also provide upgrades like ceramic bearings from Ceramicspeed, alternative tire choices, alternative/additional wheelset options, and 2X drivetrains for those looking for more versatile gearing. Bikes will be shipped fully adjusted and 95% assembled in an oversized container. Simply install your wheels and seatpost and you’ll be ready to ride. Most configurations available to ship in approximately 2-3 weeks. Black Edition ships in approximately 3 weeks.
