Return Policy

Black Magic Paint accepts returns and exchanges on unused items sold on our website in their original packaging with all tags attached if received by us within 30 days from the original shipping date. Any items returned that have been installed, used or damaged will not be accepted. Clothing must be new and unworn with original tags and packaging. Discounted clothing is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customer is responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs. There are no returns on any custom painted, custom configured, special order items, or discounted item. To return an item, please email info@blackmagicpaint.com with the following information to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA):

  • Name

  • Phone Number

  • Web Order Number

  • Return type (return, exchange, incorrect shipment, warranty)

  • Specify reason for return

  • If exchanging, please specify the item you would like to exchange for. If the exchange item you would like is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Your RMA number will be emailed to you within 48 hours along with instructions on how to return the item. Print your RMA number in a visible place on the outside of the package.

Buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges will only be refunded in full on items shipped in error by Black Magic Paint. Shipments without an RMA number may be refused.

All refunds will be applied to the original purchaser’s credit card once the returned item has been inspected by Black Magic Paint to verify that items are unused, uninstalled and in original new condition along with the retail packaging. Refund notification will then be made via email. Credit card returns may take several days to show a credit on your account.
